Course details & fee structure: 

The course is bifurcated into theory and practical. Professional Ayurvedic doctors handle classes for theory session. Study material is provided by the training institute to acquire better understanding from the lectures. 45-60 minutes will be spent on theory class.

Practical training is provided in the pharmacy, kitchen and therapy rooms based on the course format. Students are allowed to do every practical individually to learn the subject better.  Practical class time duration depends on the number of students in a batch and their willingness to practice on the subject. Well trained Ayurveda therapists conduct practical sessions under the observation of doctors.

Course in Yoga and Pranayama is conducted as one week and two weeks course. Rs.18,000/- is charged for one week yoga and Pranayama whereas Rs.30,000/- is charged for two weeks yoga and pranayama course. The subject is taught for 6 days and approximately 3-4 hours per day will be the class session.

Yoga and Pranayama Course (1 week):

This one week course compiles Introduction to Yoga, philosophy, Human anatomy, Hath yoga and meditation in the theory session.

In the practical session, Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation poses and relaxation techniques are taught.

Yoga and Pranayama Course (2 weeks):

Theory session covers Introduction to Yoga, philosophy, Human anatomy, Hath yoga and meditation.

Practical session covers Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation poses, Relaxation poses, Mudras and Bandhas, Mantra chanting and Prayers.
