The course will be handled by a qualified team of Ayurveda doctors and therapists. The curriculum includes both theory and practical sessions on Ayurveda Massage and Panchakarma Therapy. Introduction to Ayurveda, its branches, basic principles, body constitution analysis, basic knowledge about oils, basic Ayurveda massage and panchakarma treatments include the theory part. Panchakarma comprises of five therapies namely vaman, virechen, vasti, nasya and raktamokshan with many other treatments to cleanse the body. The students will be taught of Abhyangam which is a type of therapeutic and relaxing treatment done with medicated oils. This seven-position therapy will treat the whole body, physically, mentally and emotionally balancing the doshas. The curriculum also includes  Shiro Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, herbal steam bath, preparation of podikizhi and elakizhi. Shiro Abhyangam aims to treat the problems related to head, neck and shoulder. Shirodhara involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead. Elakizhi is a leaf bundle massage for deep tissues and muscular pains. Podikizhi is a treatment offered towards stiffness, pain relief and reducing toxins. The herbal steam bath helps to relax the mind and body of a person by flushing out impurities from the body reducing obesity as well as excess fat. 
Theory classes will be lectured in English by highly qualified and experienced faculty of Ayurvedic doctors. Practical training will be provided in small groups so that each will get a chance to participate. The best demonstration classes will be offered to the trainees. During training, 15% discount will be made on Ayurveda detoxification and rejuvenation treatments. One of the specialties of the institution is the friendly working environment.
